I know some ladies want a little extra help to make sure they're on the right track. For this reason, you can now order Meal Audits through my website as many times as you like until you get the hang of it on your own.

How does it work?

After you pay the $7 USD, please email me a photo of your meal and do the following:

1. Describe everything in your meal.

2. Tell me how you felt afterwards (satisfied, still hungry, etc...)

3. Tell me your top three health goals.

I will personally audit your meal so you know what you're doing the right thing for your goals and how you can improve for next time.

Once I’ve reviewed your email, I will give you three suggestions on things to change. You can pay for as many meal audits as you need until you feel comfortable auditing your meals on your own.
