The “Keep Your Period Journal" goes along with the “Keep Your Period Handbook.” While it is a journal, it’s also a workbook, too. This is the follow-up journal to my first ebook that is all about getting your period back. So, this is for those of you who have successfully gotten your period back normally and naturally and need to work through the next steps to be sure you keep it for good. This journal is a place for you to get your thoughts out of your head, think about your long-term goals, answer lots questions, do different assignments and understand what is going to be best for you, both mentally and physically, when it comes to diet and exercise moving forward. I suggest you print it out and work through it as you read my “Keep Your Period Handbook.”
